Job Completion Sign-Off
A completion and sign-off form is reviewed and signed with the client at the end of each project to confirm everything meets our agreed standards.
On-Site Walkthrough
A responsible person must be present upon project completion to inspect the finished work, sign off the completion form, and make the final payment.
Inspection Continuity
If nobody is available at the property to complete the walkthrough sign-off, the project is paused until an on-site inspection can be arranged.
Transparent Extra Work
Any additional work requested outside the original quote is discussed, priced, and formally agreed upon before that work commences.
Final Payment at Completion
Full payment is required upon satisfactory completion and sign-off of the work while our team is present on site.

If a booking is cancelled with less than 48 hours' notice, a cancellation fee of 10% of the original quotation applies.
14-Day Fixed Quotes
All quotations issued by F&B Painting & Decorating Services remain fixed and valid for 14 days from the date of issue.
